Legal Administrative Assistant-Labor & Employment

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their busy Labor and Employment team in Boston. This legal support opening is a high-volume position supporting 3 attorneys requiring strong multi-tasking skills.


Candidates should have the following credentials:

  • Minimum 5 yr. legal experience, either Labor & Employment or Corporate preferred

  • Strong client service and administrative skills 

  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and any Document Management  System

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be highly organized and a team player


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Handling attorneys and clients phone calls

  • Typing, proofing, and editing of legal correspondence

  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences with clients and attorneys

  • Making travel arrangements

  • Answering and organizing emails

  • Managing attorneys calendar

  • File maintenance and general clerical duties
