About the Role

A mid-size law firm with offices in Providence and Boston, is seeking  a Private Client Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join the  fast-paced litigation practice. This individual will support a busy partner and other associates in their Providence office.

Duties and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal  communication skills, be extremely organized and efficient, and have the  ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Strong computer skills including familiarity with MS Office, and Apple systems required. This position involves extensive client contact and  significant experience with Rhode Island courts and electronic filing. 

A  minimum of 2+ years legal administrative experience is required. 

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
