About the Role

A mid-sized law firm in Boston, is seeking for a highly motivated Marketing Communications & Creative Coordinator to join their dynamic Marketing Department. This newly created role will work closely with the Communications Director and the team to handle multi-channel marketing communications.


Their ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter and team-player with an exemplary client service attitude. This person will exhibit sound judgment, have excellent project management and analytical skills, and demonstrate strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize work, meet demanding deadlines and display excellent attention to detail while remaining strategic.

Duties and Requirements

  • Implement creative design in Canva for print, web, audiovisual, and other media; ensure appropriate and consistent use of brand across all work.

  • Develop and upgrade the design of firm materials, e.g., branded campaigns, collateral, pitches, and digital/web assets.

  • Oversee timely and brand-compliant design treatments and execution of templates and other firm-wide materials.

  • Assist in copyediting written materials for firm blogs, web materials, events, and more.

  • Leverage existing content and materials to assist in creating an asset library of all visual and written collateral.

  • Manage day-to-day requests from attorneys and professional staff in collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • Manage routine updates to the website and intranet.

  • Support internal communications campaigns geared to engage personnel and drive the Firm’s culture.


Skills & Experience


  • Requires 2-3 years of professional experience in a role responsible for managing multiple, diverse projects, and an understanding of visual identity development and implementation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing technologies—client relationship management programs, website content management systems, email marketing and online design tools, among others.

  • An interest in digital advertising, analytics and new technology with specific competency with Hubspot, Wordpress, Canva and audiovisual editing tools a plus.

$55,000 - $65,000
