About the Role

A Boston law firm is seeking a motivated, adaptable, and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team of Floaters. This person will also work closely with the Human Resources department to coordinate the distribution of and assist with overflow and project work. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Duties and Requirements

Candidates must have excellent organizational, word processing, time-management, and problem-solving skills. A self-starter with flexibility and great communication skills will thrive in this dynamic  team-oriented environment. Qualified individuals will have a minimum of 1+ years of legal support or strong internship experience. Familiarity with document management software, time-entry and Microsoft Office skills are required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a smart  and adaptable individual to sharpen his/her skills in providing administrative support to a wide variety of legal practice areas and to grow with and develop this position.
