About the Role

A mid-sized law firm in downtown Boston, is looking for a top notch  Legal Administrative Assistant (“LAA”) to support their dynamic  Employment Litigation group, working with attorneys whose practice  focuses primarily on representing individuals in employment matters.

Duties and Requirements

  • New client intake

  • Court and agency filings

  • Client and litigation file management

  • Working with e-discovery records, including accessing e-discovery documents and preparing court filings

  • Calendar maintenance and management

  • Process incoming mail

  • Assist with client billing

  • Additional administrative assignments as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Need to be a motivated legal professional who possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Must demonstrate the ability to take initiative, exhibit great  attention to detail, display strong schedule management capabilities,  and an ability to manage heavy filing demands

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with extensive client contact and be a self-starter

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years litigation experience.

  • Familiarity with litigation support software applications, such as Relativity, is a plus.

  • Employment law experience preferred.

In office requirement: 3 days a week, 2 days remote


$65,000 - $85,000 per year
