About the Role

Outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Accounting Manager to work for a company located in downtown Boston, in a hybrid role.

Duties and Requirements

  • Oversee and manage Accounting staff.

  • Manage monthly closing process.

  • Handle balance sheet bank reconciliations.

  • Update Finance Executives on status and cash flow and financial climate of company.

  • Manage Fixed Asset System.

  • Prepare and file annual tax returns and MA filing.

  • Additional financial and managerial responsibilities required to insure efficiency and smooth operation of the department.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 7+ years Accounting/Finance experience in a professional services environment.

  • Strong leadership/management experience.

  • Ability to create and analyze data reports.

  • Proficient knowledge of Aderant related accounting software.

  • Excellent communications and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.


$90,000 - $130,000 per year
