Outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Accounting Manager to work for a company located in downtown Boston, in a hybrid role.
Duties and Requirements
Oversee and manage Accounting staff.
Manage monthly closing process.
Handle balance sheet bank reconciliations.
Update Finance Executives on status and cash flow and financial climate of company.
Manage Fixed Asset System.
Prepare and file annual tax returns and MA filing.
Additional financial and managerial responsibilities required to insure efficiency and smooth operation of the department.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
7+ years Accounting/Finance experience in a professional services environment.
Strong leadership/management experience.
Ability to create and analyze data reports.
Proficient knowledge of Aderant related accounting software.
Excellent communications and multitasking skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Salary
$90,000 - $130,000 per year
