Administrative Assistant (Home Design)
Growing business in Everett, MA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator.
Duties include but not limited to:
Respond to request for quotes via email and phone message
Schedule consultations, meetings and various appointments
Maintain manual and electronic filing systems
Order entry and entry of accounting related items
Provide customer service to clients and potential clients
Support owner with various projects and tasks as needed
Candidates should have strong communication skills, and proficient in MS Office.
This is a temp-hire opportunity for the right individual. Initially part- time hours during training and likely hood to increase to full-time hours as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Administrative Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
