Administrative Assistant (Home Design)

Everett, MA

Growing business in Everett, MA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Respond to request for quotes via email and phone message

  • Schedule consultations, meetings and various appointments

  • Maintain manual and electronic filing systems

  • Order entry and entry of accounting related items

  • Provide customer service to clients and potential clients

  • Support owner with various projects and tasks as needed

 

Candidates should have strong communication skills, and proficient in MS Office.

 

This is a temp-hire opportunity for the right individual. Initially part- time hours during training and likely hood to increase to full-time hours as needed

 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

 

Pay: $18.00 per hour

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday

 

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 

Experience: Administrative Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
