Administrative Assistant

Norwell, MA

Financial Management company is growing financial planning and investment advisory practice. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to Financial professionals as a liaison to clients. This individual will also provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This is a temp-hire opportunity with expectation to convert to permanent after a short period of time.

We are looking for someone with administrative experience to help deliver superior service by building and nurturing client relationships, as well as performing all related office management functions. If you have exceptional client service and communication skills, we would enjoy meeting you!

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist financial professionals on client/paperwork related matters.

  • Provide excellent service and maintain client satisfaction.

  • Manage general email inbox - forward to appropriate people, process client related requests.

  • Answer phone, check voice mail messages, change message as needed.

  • Assist with follow-up on processed checks and paperwork ensuring accounts are opened and funded in a timely manner.

  • Assist with general mailing and scanning procedures.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years minimum experience in an administrative support role.

  • Financial Services industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to recognize sensitive material and maintain the utmost discretion and diplomacy.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Dependable/punctual with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task with an attention to detail.

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

 

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
