Staff Insight, LLC is a staffing agency in Boston, MA founded in 2009 by a committed group of dedicated consultants with a combined two plus decades of placing candidates on a direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary basis at premier companies in the Greater Boston Area. Our formula for success is simple: we only submit candidates that we would be proud to have work for us. Treating each search and placement with the same care we would recruit for someone internally helps us earn the trust of both our client and candidates as we continue to foster those relationships.

The people behind Staff Insight:
Richard Bono started his career in customer relations and account management, where he built a foundation of assessing client needs and providing great service. Rich used these skills gained early in his career to transition in to the staffing and placement industry and worked for two large staffing firms in both sales and management roles. Rich has recruited for and on-site at internationally recognized institutions in the fields of Education, Technology, Legal, Health and Life Sciences, Finance, and Entertainment.
For the last decade, Rich has made valuable contributions to the industry. He has served as Secretary, on the Massachusetts Staffing Association Board of Directors, and participated in countless industry training and networking events. As a Senior Consultant at the same organization for a number of years, Rich placed candidates in temporary, temp-hire, and direct- hire positions, never losing his focus on his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients and candidates.

Rich graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelors Degree in English. He has held his Massachusetts Teaching Certificate and is a Certified Paralegal.
Lori Prickett has been placing temporary and direct hire professionals in the Boston area for more than two decades. She has experience in the fields of administrative support, legal, financial, human resources, medical, sales and marketing and IT. Lori has worn many hats in the staffing industry including: Manager, Sales, Marketing, Trainer, and Recruiter, all of which have molded her into a well-rounded and versatile leader.
Lori has successfully placed hundreds of candidates and has worked side by side with numerous businesses over her long tenure. Her vast knowledge crosses multiple industries and has made her an invaluable resource to her clients and candidates. Lori has a strong and respected presence in the staffing industry and has trained, mentored and developed many staffing professionals that have gone on to enjoy long and successful careers of their own.
Time has not dimmed Lori’s passion and great appreciation for the recruiting profession, “I am a firm believer that what we do as placement professionals adds immense value to what our clients and candidates are trying to achieve. Playing a pivotal role in these achievements is extremely gratifying.”
